New and improved CK-MB liquiUV and CK-MB (NAC-activated) assays

We are pleased to announce an improvement to our CK-MB liquiUV and CK-MB (NAC-activated) assays.
Starting with the lot nos

  • 12100 for CK-MB liquiUV (REFs 12118, 12118150, 12118600)
  • 12004 for CK-MB (NAC-acitvated) (REF 12008)

the immunoinhibition method is now using an antibody with an ultra-high specificity for the CK-M subunit. This new antibody inhibits the CK-M subunit completely. Due to this improvement, HUMAN now offers a new HUMAN calibration and control set for calibration and QC purposes which are specially designed for the improved assays:

  • CK-MB Calibrator Set (REF 13612)
  • CK-MB Control Set (REF 13611)

 The following QC materials and calibrators cannot be used with the above mentioned kits.

  • Serodos (REF 13951)
  • Serodosplus (REF 13151)
  • AUTOCAL (REF 13160)
